The Undisputed Fight Club Official Rulebook

1. Fighter Conduct & Sportsmanship

1.1 General Conduct

  • All fighters must demonstrate respect towards opponents, officials, and staff
  • Trash talk is permitted but must not cross into hate speech or threats
  • Fighters must arrive on time for scheduled events and weigh-ins
  • Any form of discrimination based on race, religion, gender, or orientation is prohibited

1.2 Social Media Conduct

  • Fighters represent TUFC both in and out of the arena
  • Harassment of other fighters online may result in disciplinary action
  • Promotional content should be truthful and not misleading
2. Weight Classes

Heavyweight

200+ lbs (90.7+ kg)

Cruiserweight

175 - 200 lbs (79.4 - 90.7 kg)

Light Heavyweight

168 - 175 lbs (76.2 - 79.4 kg)

Middleweight

154 - 160 lbs (69.9 - 72.6 kg)

Welterweight

140 - 147 lbs (63.5 - 66.7 kg)

Lightweight

130 - 135 lbs (59.0 - 61.2 kg)

Featherweight

122 - 126 lbs (55.3 - 57.2 kg)

Bantamweight

115 - 118 lbs (52.2 - 53.5 kg)

Weight Allowance: Fighters are allowed a 1-pound allowance for non-title fights. Title fights must make weight exactly.

3. Scoring System

3.1 10-Point Must System

TUFC employs the standard 10-Point Must System used in professional boxing:

  • 10-9: Winner clearly dominates the round
  • 10-8: Winner dominates with significant punches or knockdown
  • 10-7: Complete domination, multiple knockdowns, near knockout

3.2 Judging Criteria

Rounds are scored based on the following criteria in order of importance:

  1. Clean punching
  2. Effective aggressiveness
  3. Ring generalship
  4. Defense
4. Fouls & Penalties

4.1 Prohibited Techniques

  • Eye gouging
  • Biting
  • Hair pulling
  • Fish hooking
  • Strikes to the groin
  • Strikes to the back of the head
  • Head butting
  • Strikes to spine or kidneys
  • Hitting below the belt
  • Strikes after the bell
  • Holding opponent excessively
  • Using the ropes for leverage

Point Deduction: Intentional fouls result in immediate point deduction. Flagrant fouls may result in disqualification.

5. Equipment & Attire
  • Gloves: 8oz (welterweight and below), 10oz (middleweight and above), approved by TUFC
  • Mouthguard: Required and must be approved by ringside physician
  • Protective Cup: Mandatory for male fighters
  • Chest Protector: Recommended for female fighters
  • Footwear: Boxing shoes or soft-soled wrestling boots permitted
  • Shorts: Must be approved, no distractions or excessive sponsorships
  • Hand Wraps: Required, must be inspected and approved by officials
6. Championship Rules

6.1 Title Shots

  • Number 1 contender receives first shot at vacant title
  • Champions must defend their title within 6 months or face stripping
  • Rematches are granted at champion's discretion for first loss

6.2 Champion Privileges

  • Champions receive preferential treatment for main event slots
  • Higher purse percentage for title defenses
  • Voting rights on rule changes (via Champion Council)

6.3 Vacancies & Stripping

  • Title becomes vacant if champion retires or is stripped
  • Inactivity of 6 months results in automatic vacancy
  • Violation of code of conduct may result in stripping
